Calcutta HC grants interim bail to Nandigram Congress candidate Milan Pradhan

Kolkata, Sep 29 (UNI) The Calcutta High Court granted interim bail to Congress candidate from Nandigram, Milan Pradhan, allowing him to contest the upcoming bypoll from outside jail. Justice Tirthankar Ghosh granted Pradhan bail in all six cases against him on Tuesday, observing that he had already filed his nomination papers before his arrest. The court took into consideration his candidature and permitted him to participate in the election process.
