Naresh Kumar Sangrur, Sep 21 (UNI) In the wake of a political row that has erupted in Punjab after a man allegedly consumed a poisonous substance outside the Deputy Commissioner's office in Sangrur, the police today stated that the person is a habitual offender with an extensive criminal background and is currently facing nine criminal cases at different police stations in Punjab.
