Haryana gives MSMEs 15-day approval deadline, 36-month shield from routine inspections under new business law

Panchkula, Sep 21 (UNI) Haryana has rolled out a new law giving eligible manufacturing MSMEs a 15-working-day window for in-principle approval and a 36-month shield from routine inspections and coercive action, in a major attempt to cut regulatory delays for new units and existing enterprises expanding operations in the state. The Haryana Right to Business Act, 2026, which received the Governor's assent on September 11, came into force with its publication in the official Gazette on September 18.
