Haryana: Panchkula Police arrest man in alleged Rs Rs1.07-crore property fraud, court grants 2-day remand

Panchkula, Sep 18 (UNI) Panchkula Police have arrested a man for allegedly cheating a prospective homebuyer of RsRs1.07 crore by concealing an earlier agreement to sell the same Sector 26 property and a related court dispute, a police spokesperson said today. The accused, Kapil Chawla, was arrested by the Economic Offences Wing-1 on September 17 and produced before a court today, which remanded him to police custody for two days.
