Srinagar, Sep 28 (UNI) In a significant decision benefiting thousands of government employees, the Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday issued orders allowing employees appointed against posts advertised before the introduction of the New Pension Scheme (NPS) in the union Territory to opt for coverage under the Old Pension Scheme (OPS).
