406 people donate blood at camp organised at Lok Bhavan on Jharkhand Governor’s directions

Ranchi, Jan 12 (UNI) On the directions of the Governor of Jharkhand, Santosh Kumar Gangwar, a Blood Donation Camp was organised by the Indian Red Cross Society, Jharkhand State Branch, at Birsa Mandap, Lok Bhavan, Ranchi, on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the great philosopher and visionary Swami Vivekananda (National Youth Day). A total of 406 people voluntarily donated blood during the camp.

Odisha: People of 11 villages lock district land consolidation and land settlement offices

Puri, Jan 12 (UNI) Hundreds of irate villagers belonging to eleven villages gheraoed the district land consolidation and land settlement offices and locked them today demanding a stop to the ongoing settlement work till the 1988 Supreme Court order is implemented.
The villagers alleged that most of the villagers have lost their title over landed property due to the inordinate delay and irregularity in settlement of land rights by the revenue administration since 1988.

Puri: Hundreds of people demand action against doctors over alleged negligence

The father of the victim stated that his daughter Rojalin, who was admitted to the maternity ward of the DHH for her second delivery delivered a baby boy on January 10.
