Hyderabad, Mar 12 (UNI) Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that the BJP is determined to secure more than 12 MP seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Addressing a meeting of social media warriors held at Imperial Garden, Secunderabad, on Tuesday, Shah expressed gratitude to the social media activists of the Telangana BJP.
He expected the announcement of the Lok Sabha election schedule soon and confidently declared that the BJP would return to power at the Centre.
Shah said that the party's goal is to win at least 12 MP seats in Telangana and outlined a national target of securing 400 MP seats, ensuring the re-election of Narendra Modi as Prime Minister for a third term.
Shah stressed the importance of effectively communicating the Center's implemented schemes to the public and urged voters to prioritise the BJP in the upcoming elections.
He criticised the BRS and Congress parties, claiming that voting for them would be detrimental to the state. Shah called out the opposition parties for their alleged corruption and highlighted the BJP's commitment to a corruption-free India.
The Union Home Minister criticised that the Congress, BRS, and MIM work together and labelling them as corrupt parties with the sole agenda of defeating Modi.
He asked for the abolition of Muslim reservations in Telangana and urged voters to scrutinise the opposition parties' corruption before criticising the BJP.
Shah lauded the Center's financial support for Telangana, highlighting achievements in national security, and expressing confidence in India's path to becoming a leading global economy by 2047.
