Hyderabad, June 12 (UNI) Telangana Irrigation and Civil Supplies Minister Captain N. Uttam Kumar Reddy on Friday met Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai in Hyderabad and urged him to facilitate the issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the ambitious Sammakka-Sarakka Lift Irrigation Scheme being developed along the Telangana-Chhattisgarh border.
