COAS Dhiraj Seth's Russia visit boosts India-Russia Army cooperation

New Delhi, Sep 19 (UNI) Chief of the Army Staff General Dhiraj Seth concluded his three-day official visit to Russia, with discussions on military capability development, training exchanges, artillery modernisation and sharing of operational experience forming the core of his engagements with the Russian military leadership. The visit, which covered Moscow and St Petersburg, sought to further strengthen Army-to-Army cooperation between India and Russia through high-level military interactions and visits to key Russian defence institutions.
