Odisha Police to launch statewide 'Daman' drive against criminals, anti-socials from Sep 21

Bhubaneswar, Sep 19 (UNI) Odisha Police will launch a statewide special drive, 'Daman', from September 21 to September 30 to keep a close watch on criminals and anti-social elements and prevent unlawful activities during the upcoming festive season. The special campaign is aimed at maintaining peace and public order during the festivals and taking stringent legal action against criminals and anti-social elements, police said.
