Kolkata, Sep 18 (UNI) A brewing low-pressure area over Thailand is anticipated to bring heavy rainfall over parts of South Bengal in the next three to four days. The system, presently in the form of an upper-air cyclonic circulation over north Thailand, emerged over the north Andaman Sea this evening.
