Paradip Port installs advanced radiological detection system to strengthen security

Bhubaneswar, Sep 30 (UNI) Paradip Port Authority (PPA) has commissioned an advanced Radiological Detection Equipment (RDE) system at New Gate-1 at a cost of over Rs 21.32 crore to strengthen security and enhance the safety of cargo and vehicles entering the port. The project has been implemented in collaboration with Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), a Government of India enterprise under the Department of Atomic Energy.
