Siliguri, Sep 24 (UNI) Eleven-year-old specially-abled chess player Nishan Mondal from Siliguri, who has been selected to represent India at the 4th Asian Chess Championship for Players with Disabilities (Junior category) in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, from October 29 to November 8, is facing uncertainty over his participation as his passport is yet to be issued.
