Jharkhand: HC allows candidates to report SIT harassment to retired judge

Ranchi, Sep 18 (UNI) The Jharkhand High Court on Friday continued its interim stay on the state government's decision to cancel several recruitment examinations and allowed candidates alleging harassment during the SIT probe to approach a retired judge. Justice Deepak Roshan directed that candidates who feel they are being harassed during the Special Investigation Team (SIT) investigation may place their grievances before retired High Court judge Gautam Kumar Choudhary.
