Patna, Sep 28 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary was keeping a close watch on the flood situation and directed the authorities concerned to maintain continuous surveillance of embankments, intensify night patrolling at vulnerable locations and remain fully prepared to deal with any emergency.
