Odisha woos West Bengal aluminium firms for investment in Angul

Bhubaneswar, Sep 28 (UNI) Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy on Monday urged West Bengal-based aluminium manufacturers to invest in Odisha's Angul Aluminium Park, describing the state as a strategic hub for downstream and value-added aluminium production. Addressing an investor roadshow organised by NALCO and ASSOCHAM here, Reddy said Odisha's dominance in bauxite and aluminium production, coupled with its industrial ecosystem, makes it well placed to attract downstream investments.
