ED raids former Bengal minister's Kolkata residence

Kolkata, Sep 29 (UNI) The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday raided the residence of former West Bengal Minister and renowned singer Indranil Sen at Kasba in the southern part of the city over allegations of massive financial corruption involving the sale of entry passes for Durga Puja pandals. Searches are also underway at the homes of several of his relatives and his manager. According to ED sources, Sen and his wife, Madhuchhanda, are accused of embezzling between Rs 50 crore and Rs 60 crore through the sale of fake UNESCO passes for 'Puja Parikrama'.
