Telangana BJP condemns CM Revanth Reddy's remarks on Lord Rama, Shiva

Hyderabad, Sep 29 (UNI) Telangana BJP president N. Ramchander Rao on Tuesday criticised Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy over his remarks contrasting Lord Shiva and Lord Rama, accusing him of using religious figures for political purposes. Reddy had said at an event in New Delhi that "Shiv is the God of the poor, Ram is the God of the rich" while discussing about the political use of religious symbolism.
