Bhubaneswar, Sep 28 (UNI) The Indian Coast Guard rescued a Belize-flagged tanker carrying 9,000 tonnes of palm oil after engine failure and flooding left it at risk of capsizing off the Odisha coast, officials said on Monday. The MT Seagull 9, carrying 23 crew members, sent a distress call around 7.30 am on September 27 after its main engine failed and ballast tanks flooded, causing the vessel to tilt dangerously about 37 nautical miles east-southeast of Paradip.
