Patna, Sep 21 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary on Monday congratulated Indian shooters Rudrankksh Patil, Parth Rakesh Mane and Himanshu Dhillon for winning the silver medal in the men's 10m air rifle team event at the Asian Games.
