WHO seeks additional info from Russia over Lab worker's death, says risk assessment incomplete

Geneva, Oct 8 (UNI) The World Health Organization has sought additional information from Russia over the death of a laboratory worker in Irkutsk following severe pneumonia, saying it cannot complete a full assessment of the potential public health risk until conflicting reports surrounding the incident are clarified. There are also reports of a second employee suffering from suspected pneumonia, of unknown cause, the WHO chief said.
