AI safety regulation debate intensifies as Anthropic says AI systems moving towards building themselves

San Francisco, Sep 18 (UNI) The debate over the risks posed by artificial intelligence has intensified in recent months, fuelled by a series of incidents and increasingly stark warnings from people working in the industry. This comes as Anthropic reported that its Claude chatbot is now leading 26% of the company's model research and development work.
