UP ranks first in groundwater source testing, surpassing Punjab and Andhra Pradesh

Lucknow, Sep 18 (UNI) The Uttar Pradesh government is continuously setting new benchmarks for water conservation, improving groundwater levels, and providing clean and safe water to every household. The state has achieved first place in the country in the testing being conducted to monitor the quality and condition of groundwater sources. As part of the testing, state and district-level laboratories have examined groundwater sources, underground and overhead tanks, and other water sources across the state.
