Senior Journalists' Association committed to addressing welfare issues: Dr Jaypal Patil

Shirdi, Sep 29 ( UNI) The Senior Journalists' Association, Maharashtra, is committed to addressing the financial, social and healthcare-related issues faced by senior and retired journalists and non-journalist media employees, state president Dr Jaypal Patil said on Tuesday. Speaking at the association's North Maharashtra divisional gathering in Shirdi, Patil said journalists spend their careers highlighting the problems of others but often face financial hardships after retirement.
