Gurugram tightens winter pollution curbs: No fuel for vehicles without valid PUC, 1,054 sites under watch

Panchkula, Sep 29 (UNI) In a major tightening of winter pollution-control measures, vehicles without a valid Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate and those that have crossed their prescribed age limit under applicable rules will not be allowed to buy petrol or diesel in Gurugram, while more than 1,000 pollution-emitting sites are being brought under direct electronic surveillance.
