Mumbai, Sep 29 (UNI) Leaders of the Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena have claimed that Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde is likely to return as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, since Devendra Fadnavis will move to New Delhi shortly, in order to handle bigger responsibilities.
