CJP's proposed nationwide agitation may create political instability: RPI leader

Pune, Sep 28 (UNI) Republican Party of India (A) state vice-president Dr Hulgesh Chalwadi on Monday expressed concern over the nationwide agitation announced by the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) from October 2 over the functioning of the Election Commission. Chalwadi said the Constitution provides parliamentary, judicial and legal mechanisms to raise objections regarding the functioning of constitutional institutions. He questioned the need for a nationwide agitation when such institutional avenues are available.
