MC Rajan Chennai, Sep 28 (UNI) Differences between the ruling Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TV) and its key ally, Congress, a constituent of the minority Vijay government, have surfaced yet again, with the former distancing itself from the demand for the arrest and prosecution of Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar as well as his resignation over the 'vote chori' charge.
