Students protesting against MPSC malpractices are not anti-socials, says Bombay High Court

Mumbai, Oct 7 (UNI) The Bombay High Court stated here on Wednesday that students protesting against alleged malpractices in the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) recruitment exams are not anti-social elements and the Maharashtra state government is duty-bound to ensure that MPSC exams are conducted impartially, without any malpractices. The court heard a petition here on Wednesday which challenged the student protest in Pune which, according to the petitioners residing in Pune, namely Amit Supekar and Saurabh Virkar, has disrupted the daily life of Pune residents, due to traffic congestion affecting emergency services like ambulances and fire brigade movement.
