Apollo Hospitals Navi Mumbai sets Guinness Record with 61221 people taking CPR pledge

Mumbai, Sept 28 (UNI) A CPR awareness campaign conducted by Apollo Hospitals in Navi Mumbai has entered the Guinness World Records after 61,221 people pledged to learn CPR during a 30 day campaign aimed at encouraging citizens to respond effectively during medical emergencies. Titled Sajju Ahet Maze Haath, meaning My Hands Are Ready, the campaign was held from July 8 to August 7, 2026. Apollo Hospitals had set a target of 50,000 participants, but the initiative exceeded the target and developed into a wider public movement across Navi Mumbai.
