Jharkhand plans Ranchi IT Park, targets 75,000 jobs by 2029

Ranchi, Sep 28 (UNI) Jharkhand plans to launch an IT Park in Ranchi by 2029, with a target of creating 75,000 employment opportunities in phases, the Chief Minister's Office said on Monday. The proposal was discussed during a meeting between Chief Minister Hemant Soren and RMZ Infrastructure President Deepak Chhabria at the Chief Minister's residential office here. The first phase of the proposed IT Park is expected to create around 20,000 employment opportunities, with the capacity targeted to rise to about 75,000 over the following three years, the CMO said.
