Creative Foundation urges PMC, police to clear Ganesh festival structures within 48 hours

Pune, Sep 27 (UNI) Creative Foundation president Sandeep Khardekar has urged the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) and Pune Police to remove all mandaps, flex boards, arches, chariots, tractor-trolleys, carts and other temporary structures erected along city roads for the Ganesh festival within 48 hours. In a letter to Pune Municipal Commissioner Navalkishor Ram and Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar, Khardekar congratulated the civic and police authorities for ensuring that the Ganesh immersion processions passed off peacefully.
