Patna, Sep 27 (UNI) Bihar Legislative Assembly Speaker Prem Kumar has said cultural programmes organised abroad are a powerful means of taking Indian culture, traditions and heritage to the younger generation and connecting them with their cultural roots. According to information received from the Bihar Legislative Assembly Secretariat, Kumar, during his visit to New Zealand, attended the 'Namaste New Zealand 2026' cultural festival as the chief guest.
