Prepaid autorickshaw service launched at Thane railway station

Thane, Sep 21 (UNI) A prepaid autorickshaw service was launched at Thane railway station on Monday to bring greater transparency to fares and streamline the interaction between passengers and autorickshaw drivers. The initiative, the first of its kind at a railway station in Thane, has been started jointly by the Late Vasantrao Davkhare Autorickshaw-Taxi Drivers and Owners Federation and the Thane Regional Transport Department.
