Bihar girls' safety serious concern: Congress

Patna, Sep 21 (UNI) Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee president Rajesh Ram on Monday expressed concern over an alleged incident of misbehaviour with a minor girl in the Jamui police station area, saying it has raised serious questions over law and order and the safety of girls in the state.
