TPCC criticizes Jaishankar's remarks on Nehru, calls for apology

Hyderabad, April 24 (UNI) Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) Senior Vice President G Niranjan vehemently condemned the statements made by Dr Jaishankar, External Affairs Minister, attributing China's aggression to Nehru's alleged inability and indifference.
Addressing the media at Gandhi Bhavan on Wednesday, Niranjan asserted that Jaishankar's stature did not warrant criticism of Nehru and demanded an apology from him.
He highlighted Nehru's significant contributions during the freedom struggle, citing his nine imprisonments totalling 3,259 days, and portrayed Nehru as a globally recognized visionary, peacemaker, and modern India's architect.
