Telangana IT Minister asks Infosys to set up new campus at Warangal

Hyderabad, Jun 1 (UNI) Telangana Minister for Information Technology KT Rama Rao on Friday appealed to IT giant Infosys to set up its new campus at Warangal.
"Warangal is a fast growing place, having 16 engineering colleges including National Institute of Technology," Rama Rao said on the occasion of World Environment Day celebrations held at the Infosys Pocharam campus near here.
Nearly 40 per cent of the employees working in Bengaluru are from the both Telugu states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and all the professionals would come back to the state (Telangana) if given an opportunity to them, he said.
