Bhubaneshwar, Dec 8 (UNI) With enforcement agencies stepping up vigil, the drug peddlers have resorted to inventive ploy to escape detection. Two persons were arrested on Monday while trying to smuggle cannabis in cricket bats in Odisha’s Berhampur city.
