Saptak Talwar makes strong start with a four-under 66 to be tied third after Round 1 of Asian Games

Aichi-Nagoya (Japan), Sep 30 (UNI) India's Saptak Talwar made a promising start to his campaign at the Asian Games 2026 as he finished Round 1 placed tied third in the men's individual event after shooting a four-under 66 at the Par-70 Kasugai Country Club East Course in Aichi-Nagoya. Veer Ahlawat and Yuvraj Sandhu, the other two Indians in the fray, carded scores of one-over 71 to be placed tied 23rd.
