Bengaluru, Sept 16 (UNI) Congress general secretary KC Venugopal on Wednesday flagged the alleged deletion of around 23 per cent of voters from the electoral rolls in Karnataka and demanded a "free and fair" Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise, saying the party would remain vigilant against any arbitrary deletion of names. "If it is genuine, nobody will have any problem.
