Vijayawada, Oct 9 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Minister for Mines and Excise Kollu Ravindra on Friday asserted that the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) remains committed to providing 34% reservations for Backward Classes (BCs) in local bodies and accused the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) of attempting to delay local body elections, undermine BC representation and deprive the State of crucial Central funds.
