Vigilance to register FIR against Pinarayi Vijayan in CMRL-Exalogic case: Kerala CM

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 9 (UNI) The Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau will register an FIR against Opposition Leader and former Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan in the CMRL-Exalogic monthly pay-off case, Kerala Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan said on Friday, ruling out an appeal against the High Court order directing a Vigilance probe into the alleged financial transactions. The High Court had quashed the Special Investigation Team (SIT) constituted by the previous government to investigate the case and directed the Vigilance Department to register an FIR and proceed with the investigation.
