Senior Cong leader and Former union Min Sudarsana Nachiappan passes away

Chennai, Sep 17 (UNI) Senior Congress Leader and former union Minister Sudarsana Nachiappan (78) passed away at his native Sivagangai district of Tamil Nadu on Thrusday. A Lawyer-politician, Nachiappan He was elected to the Lok Sabha in 1999 from Sivagangai and had served as Rajya Sabha memebr from 2004 to 2010. A former TNCC President, he had also served as the Minister of State for Commerce and Industry from June 17, 2013 to May 26, 2014 in the former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Cabinet. An articulate advocate in the Supreme Court, Sudarsana Natchiappan has addressed the United Nations General Assembly…
