Kerala HC seeks report, case registered against judge

Kochi, Oct 26 (UNI) The Kerala High Court has sought a report on the fatal Cheranalloor road accident in Kochi, while police have registered a case against the father of the 17-year-old accused of driving the car that killed a 55-year-old scooter rider. The case against the judge, who is the registered owner of the Mercedes-Benz involved in the accident, was filed under Section 199A of the Motor Vehicles Act, which prescribes liability for offences involving juveniles driving vehicles.
