Kerala to bring comprehensive law for protection of senior citizens: CM

Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 30 (UNI) Kerala will bring in a comprehensive legislation to provide legal protection to senior citizens, Chief Minister V D Satheesan said on Wednesday. Inaugurating a proclamation rally at Vivekananda Park, Kowdiar, organised as part of the campaign for the International Day of Older Persons, Satheesan said the proposed legislation would ensure stronger legal safeguards for the elderly.
