Landslide disrupts train services in Rayagada division of ECoR

Bhubaneswar, Sep 30 (UNI) Train services in the Rayagada Division of East Coast Railway (ECoR) were disrupted after a landslide occurred between Maligura and Chhatariput stations, prompting the railway authorities to cancel, short-terminate and short-originate several trains as a safety measure. According to ECoR, restoration work is underway at the affected section and train operations have been regulated to facilitate the work and ensure passenger safety. Train No. 18107 Rourkela-Jagdalpur Express has been cancelled.
