Kerala steps up stroke awareness: Minister joins 'Walk for Brain'

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 29 (UNI) The Kerala Health Department on Thursday organised a 'Walk for Brain' walkathon here as part of World Stroke Day observance to raise awareness about the early symptoms of stroke, the importance of seeking immediate medical attention and measures to prevent the potentially life-threatening condition. Health Minister K. Muraleedharan participated in the walkathon after flagging it off from Manaveeyam Veedhi.
