Telangana: ACB catches Keesara SI accepting Rs 5 lakh bribe

Hyderabad, Sep 17 (UNI) The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Wednesday night caught Keesara Sub-Inspector of Police Dyapa Gnanender Reddy red-handed while allegedly accepting a Rs 5 lakh bribe at the Keesara Police Station under Malkajgiri Commissionerate. According to the ACB statement on Thursday, the SI demanded and accepted the bribe on the instructions of Keesara Inspector and SHO Arkapally Anjaneyulu for granting station bail and allegedly not harassing the complainant and his friend in a case registered at the police station.
