National flag image left soiled at Collectorate: Police complaint filed

Kottayam, Sep 19 (UNI) A complaint has been lodged with the Kottayam East police seeking action over the alleged display of a soiled image of the national flag at the entrance of the Kottayam Collectorate. Mahatma Gandhi National Foundation chairman Eby J. Jose filed the complaint, alleging that the image of the national flag incorporated in a poster displayed at the Collectorate entrance had been soiled by pigeon droppings and remained in an unclean condition for several days.
