HC declines to implead Al-Jamia Society in contempt case, Ahmed's submissions recorded

Bengaluru, Oct 1 (UNI) The Karnataka High Court has declined to implead Al-Jamia Mohammediyah Education Society in a contempt case, while recording its submissions that there were internal disputes within the society and that there had been no diversion or misuse of sanctioned funds. A division bench of Justice Jayant Banerji and Justice Tara Vitasta Ganju passed the order on September 24 on an application filed by the society, represented by Khalid Mushir Ahmed.
